SG Micro Sets Hong Kong IPO Price at HK$85.20 Per Share
SG Micro Corp (SHE:300661, HKG:3661) has set the offer price for its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$85.20 per H-share.The H-shares will trade in board lots of 100 shares each, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Wednesday.The analog integrated circuit company is offering 54 million H-shares in the IPO, which could raise up to HK$4.60 billion, according to a company filing on June 17.Trading is scheduled to begin on June 26.
