Beijing Digital Telecom Unit Enters Factoring Financing Contract

Beijing Digital Telecom (HKG:6188) unit Beijing Dixin Trading entered into a factoring financing agreement to assign certain trade receivables of its customers to Shanghai Banghui Commercial Factoring.

In exchange, Banghui Commercial Factoring will provide Beijing Dixin Trading with a revolving factoring facility on a recourse basis, according to a Monday bourse filing.

The move intends to improve the company's cash flow and liquidity position.
