Fujian Aonong Biological Technology Executives Face Fines for Failure to Disclose Lawsuits

Fujian Aonong Biological Technology (SHA:603363) and its executives face fines of up to 5.7 million yuan for late disclosures of lawsuits faced by the hog products company, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission ordered the company to pay 2.5 million yuan in fines, while Vice Chairman Wu Youlin was fined 1.4 million yuan, and Deputy General Manager Peng Jiang faces a 1.1 million yuan fine.

Su Mingcheng will pay a fine of 500,000 yuan, while Yang Zhou faces a 200,000 yuan fine.

Aonong was said to have not disclosed on time its lawsuits faced in 2024 and 2025, amounting to hundreds of millions of yuan, equivalent to double-digit percentages of its assets.
