Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) agreed to sell Mapletree Northwest Logistics Park in Shanghai, China, for 323 million yuan, or about SG$61.3 million, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan bourse.
The property comprises two phases with a combined gross floor area of about 37,558 square meters and was acquired by the trust in 2008.
The divestment is expected to be completed by the third quarter of fiscal 2027/2028.
