HJ Shipbuilding & Construction Selected as Contractor for Seoul Bun-dong 3-1 District Housing Maintenance Project

HJ Shipbuilding & Construction (KRX:097230) was selected as the construction contractor for the Bun-dong 3-1 District Street Housing Maintenance Project in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul.

The successful bid amount is 144 billion won, excluding VAT, representing the company's 100% share and 7.20% of its latest fiscal year consolidated sales of nearly 2 trillion won.

The project involves building six structures with three basement levels and up to 35 above-ground floors, creating 393 new households.

The disclosed details may change during contract execution, with finalized terms to be disclosed upon signing of the main contract.
