Dong-A Socio's Unit Secures KRW91.3 Billion Oligonucleotide API Supply Contract

ST Pharm, a subsidiary of Dong-A Socio (KRX:000640), has secured a purchase order contract to supply oligonucleotide API to a U.S.-based biotech company for 91.3 billion won.

The contract value represents 27.5% of ST Pharm's latest fiscal year consolidated sales of 331.7 billion won, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The contract period runs from Sept. 18, 2026, to Nov. 22, 2027, with sales territories covering the U.S. and Europe, and production to be handled in-house.

The contract terms are subject to change at the counterparty's request, and details are being kept confidential at the client's request until Nov. 22, 2027.
