Daewoo Engineering & Construction (KRX:047040) has landed a 243.4 billion won construction order contract for the Andong Taehwa District Apartment Housing Development Project.
The contract amount represents 3.02% of the company's latest fiscal year consolidated sales of 8.055 trillion won, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The project involves building 11 apartment buildings with two basement levels and up to 20 above-ground floors, totalling 830 apartment units plus retail facilities in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
The contract period is 36 months from the actual commencement of construction, with progress payments funded from available presale proceeds and a deposit or advance payment included.
The effective contract date is Sept. 21, and the contract amount, period, and terms may be subject to change under the construction agreement.
