Infotmic Subsidiary to Invest in JV
Infotmic (SHE:000670) subsidiary Shanghai Yinfang Microelectronics will invest in an electronic components trading joint venture with two other companies, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shanghai Yinfang Microelectronics will invest 5.1 million yuan in Yinfang Chuandxin Electronics (Shenzhen), equivalent to a 51% stake. Anmei AI Technology will invest 3.9 million yuan for a 39% stake, while Lanhong Zhichuang (Shenzhen) Enterprise Management Partnership will invest 1 million yuan, equivalent to 10%.The JV will integrate procurement, customer, and sales channels.
