Fiamma Holdings (KLSE:FIAMMA) and BKG Development have extended their joint venture repayment deadline by one month to Oct. 21, according to a Monday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.
BKG Development has settled 110.7 million ringgit out of the total required amount to Fiamma Holdings, and the outstanding balance stood at 35.4 million ringgit as of Monday.
