United Nova Raises Joint Venture's Capital By 2.13 Billion Yuan

United Nova Technology (SHA:688469) raised the capital of its joint venture, Xinlian Advanced Integrated Circuit Manufacturing (Shaoxing), according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.

The company subscribed for 2.13 billion yuan worth of capital in Xinlian Advanced, holding 25.1% of its capital. Other joint venture partners also participated in the capital increase.

Xinlian Advanced manages the Phase IV construction of a production line that will produce 12-inch analog and digital mixed-signal integrated circuits.

The Chinese semiconductor company's shares rose 2% in midday trade.
