Bank of Baroda (BOM:532134, NSE:BANKBARODA) has incorporated a subsidiary focused on pension fund management in which it will hold an 80.1% stake, according to a Monday filing with the Indian bourse.
The Indian government-controlled bank said it expects to acquire the stake in BOB Pension Fund Management Company for 801 million Indian rupees on Dec. 31.
