E3 Lithium to Begin Phase Two Operations of Demonstration Facility for Clearwater Project

E3 Lithium (ETL.V) said Monday that it is ready to commence phase-two operations at its demonstration facility for the Clearwater project in Alberta after completing well development and pump installation.The company said data collected from the phase-two operations will be used to complete a feasibility study on Clearwater.Under phase two, E3 said it aims to complete a reservoir production test to further delineate flow through the Leduc Reservoir and to collect water and gas chemistry data.E3 said it has submitted a Directive 51 application after completing the wells. American Hotel Income Properties Announces Settlement With Management Company One Lodging

American Hotel Income Properties REIT (HOT-UN.TO) Monday announced a settlement agreement resolving the disputes with its master hotel manager, One Lodging, a subsidiary of Aimbridge Hospitality.The agreement reduces the currently deferred termination fees and future termination fees, and also waives all deferred management fees. AHIP will make a one-time payment of $2.3 million to One Lodging, to settle a current liability of $6.2 million for currently deferred termination fees.The master hotel management agreement between AHIP and One, along with all individual hotel management agreements with subsidiaries, will terminate on Jan. 31, 2027, subject to a three-month extension right which may be exercised by AHIP in advance. Erdene Resource's Bayan Khundii Mine Records 94% of Target Production Throughput in Q1

Erdene Resource Development (ERD.TO) said Monday that the Bayan Khundii gold mine in Mongolia achieved 94% of the target production throughput during the first quarter.The mine achieved commercial production in the first quarter, processing 151,000 tonnes of ore for an average of 1,675 tonnes per day.Bayan Khundii also recorded an average throughput of nearly 90% of nameplate capacity while gold recovery averaged over 96%, exceeding projections in the most recent feasibility study.To date, the mine has produced 15,961 ounces of gold, Erdene said.Erdene Mongol, Erdene Resource's joint venture with Mongolian Mining, generated gross revenues of US$42 million during the quarter after it recorded sales of 8,527 ounces of gold and 3,135 ounces of silver. Average prices stood at $4,872/oz of gold and $80/oz of silver.

New Found Gold Up In US Premarket As Announces $205M Funding Package to Advance Queensway Project

New Found Gold (NFG.V) was at last look up 1.6% in US Premarket trade Monday after announcing a $205 million finance package made up of a $100 million bought deal shares financing with lead orders from EdgePoint Investment Group and cornerstone investor Eric Sprott and a $105 million senior secured credit facility with EdgePoint.In a statement it said proceeds will be used to advance the Queensway gold project in Newfoundland.The company will issue 33.8 million shares at $2.96 each, to raise $100 million. The underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option.New Found Gold has also sealed a deal with EdgePoint for a secured credit facility of up to $105 million. The funds will be advanced in two tranches: $70 million and $35 million. Both tranches will be released when certain conditions are met.In return, New Found Gold will issue non-transferable share purchase warrants to EdgePoint totalling US$9 million: US$6 million worth of warrants will be issued on Tranche 1, which will be exercisable for 2.5 million shares at $3.30 each. The Tranche 2 warrants, totalling US$3 million will be exercisable for shares at a price equal to a 25% premium to the closing price of the shares on the TSX Venture immediately before the Tranche 2 funding date.New Found Gold says the $205 million funding package covers the initial capital expenditures required to bring its flagship Queensway Gold Project-Phase I into production. MDA Space Up In US Premarket As Contracted By Airbus For Repeat Order of Antennas For OneWeb Constellation Extension

MDA Space (TSX and NYSE: MDA), a provider of advanced technology and services to the rapidly expanding global space industry, was at last look up 1.3% in US premarket trade Monday after saying it has been selected by Airbus to design and build more than 880 Ka-band steerable antennas and 440 Ku-band user replacement antennas for the OneWeb low Earth orbit (LEO) constellation owned by the global operator Eutelsat. Jaguar Mining's Q1 Gold Production Steady YoY
