AE Fuels Appoints Jason Tong as CFO

AE Fuels (AEF.V) appointed Jason Tong as its Chief Financial Officer after the resignation of Jack Cartmel from the position, it said in a statement on Friday.

Tong currently serves in multiple companies in senior financial leadership and advisory roles including the role of founder and CEO of Catapult Consulting.

AE Fuels said Catapult Consulting will provide accounting and financial reporting services to the company.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at C$0.14 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Dynacor Group Q2 Earnings Miss FactSet Estimate Despite Higher Sales

Dynacor Group (DNG.TO) after market close on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $0.03 per share, compared with $0.08 per share in the prior-year period, missing the FactSet consensus of $0.13 per share.Net income for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.1 million, down from $3.5 million in the same period last year.The company recorded Q2 sales of $144.4 million, up from $79.7 million in the corresponding period of 2025 and above the FactSet consensus of $134.4 million.Dynacor said it is tracking its 2026 guidance, which calls for sales of $530 million to $580 million, net income of $22 million to $26 million and production of 125,000 to 135,000 gold equivalent ounces. The company also expects capital expenditures of $32.5 million to $39 million to support its 2026 growth plan and sustain existing operations.Its shares closed unchanged at C$6.61 on Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday.

True North Commercial REIT Second-Quarter AFFO Climbs to C$0.49

True North Commercial REIT (TNT-UN.TO) said Thursday after trade that second quarter adjusted funds from unit rose to C$0.49 from C$0.42, in the prior year period.Revenue fell 0.9% to C$27.9 million year over year, due to a reduction in the REIT's Ottawa market occupancy as a result of a "strategically executed" early lease termination, a statement said.True North said its core portfolio occupancy at the end of the second quarter was 96% with a weighted average lease term of 4.2 years.True North units closed up C$0.08, to C$8.64 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
