EagleOne Metals (EAGL.CN) on Thursday upsized a private placement of share units to CA$255,200 from its prior $204,800 target.
The company now intends to issue up to 750,666 units priced at CA$0.30 apiece and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.60.
Proceeds will be used to support ongoing corporate development initiatives and for general working capital needs, it said.
The company's shares last traded Aug. 31, closing at C$0.18 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
