AutoCanada (ACQ.TO) after market close on Wednesday said it completed its acquisition of Doug's Place Southgate, a collision repair business based in Edmonton, Alberta.
Doug's Place Southgate adds approximately 7,540 square feet of collision-repair capacity to AutoCanada's network.
The acquisition builds upon AutoCanada's initial purchase of the first Doug's Place location (Strathcona) in October 2025.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
AutoCanada's shares closed up C$0.13 to C$22.36 on Toronto Stock Exchange.
