Top Cryptocurrencies Decline; Bitcoin Holds Above $61,000
Top cryptocurrencies fell Wednesday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) lower but holding above $61,000.The Nasdaq 100 fell 1.7%, the S&P 500 declined 1.4%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 1.6%.Bitcoin fell 0.3% to $61,875, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume fell 27.8% to $28.42 billion.Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, dropped 1.6% to $1,627.XRP (XRP-USD) fell 3.9%, BNB (BNB-USD) shed 1.4%, and Solana (SOL-USD) lost 2.9%.
