Aurelia Metals Secures AU$150 Million Senior Secured Financing

Aurelia Metals (ASX:AMI) has completed financial close on a AU$150 million senior secured financing package with Citibank, Credeq, and HSBC, replacing its prior facilities and releasing around AU$46 million in restricted cash to boost available liquidity, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.The facility includes a AU$110 million rehabilitation bonding facility and a AU$40 million revolving credit facility, replacing the prior AU$65 million bonding facility and a $14.6 million undrawn Trafigura loan note advance, per the filing.The new structure comprises three and five-year tranches with no amortization, cash collateral, or mandatory hedging, and is more cost-effective than prior arrangements, the filing added.

Client flows for financial services platforms are driven by managed account capability, as advisers prefer to pay for functionality rather than lower fees, Jarden said in a note on Tuesday, citing its five-year analysis of the sector.The investment firm said, "platform clients are relatively price inelastic," as some expensive platforms continue to attract flows due to strong features, broader investment options, adviser support, and integration.The firm added that HUB24 Limited (ASX: HUB) remained its top pick due to its competitive positioning and capability-based client growth. It preferred AMP (ASX: AMP) over Netwealth Group (ASX: NWL), as the latter continues to lag on flows amid rising costs.Jarden has a buy rating and price target of AU$110.40 for HUB24, an overweight rating and price target of AU$1.75 for AMP, and a neutral rating and price target of AU$25.70 for Netwealth.

LTR Pharma (ASX:LTP) received ethics committee approval for a clinical study to evaluate its Oroflow intranasal spray in patients with oesophageal motility disorders, which impede the food swallowing function, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The company expects to initiate the study in the coming quarter to assess Oroflow's effect in healthy volunteers before progressing to patients with the disorders."As a non-invasive intranasal spray, Oroflow may be particularly suited to patients with swallowing difficulties, removing the need to take an oral tablet while offering a rapid route of administration," the company said.
