Breton Technology (HKG:1333) completed the placing of 16.6 million new Hong Kong-listed shares to raise net proceeds of HK$159.1 million.
The shares were issued to at least six investors at HK$10.28 apiece, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing by the electric engineering machinery maker showed.
The shares represent roughly 4.42% and 4.07% of the company's enlarged issued Hong Kong-listed shares and total issued share capital, respectively.
The company plans to use proceeds for the investment and development of phase I of the Ruashi Project, technology upgrade of autonomous driving mining trucks, and working capital.
