Zhen Ding Technology Unit Buys Machinery Worth NT$1.05 Billion; Shares Drop 6%
Zhen Ding Technology (TPE:4958) unit Qing Ding Precision Electronics (Huaian) acquired machinery and equipment worth NT$1.05 billion, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The acquisition was conducted between June 10, 2025, and June 9, 2026, and involved one batch of machinery and equipment.The equipment was purchased from Nanjing Ta Liang Technology, and will be used for business operations.Shares of Zhen Ding Technology fell 6% in Wednesday's afternoon trade.
