Qing Ding Precision Electronics (Huaian), a subsidiary of Zhen Ding Technology Holding (TPE:4958), has acquired machinery and equipment worth NT$1.08 billion from Burkle PCB Machinery, according to a Friday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
The electronics components manufacturer's shares were up over 1% in recent trade.
The machinery and equipment will be acquired in one batch for business use.

Samsung Heavy Industries (KRX:010140) secured a 444.5 billion won contract to build two container ships for an unnamed African buyer, according to a filing with the Korean bourse on Monday.The contract is valid from Aug. 28, 2026, to Dec. 27, 2028.
