KUMHO Engineering & Construction Lands KRW127.9 Billion Pangyo Techno Valley Development Contract
Kumho Engineering & Construction (KRX:002990) secured a 3rd Pangyo Techno Valley mixed-use development contract from Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development, worth 127.9 billion won, according to a filing with the Korean Exchange on Friday.The contract is for the construction of a mixed-use commercial complex, comprising a knowledge industry center, offices, and dormitories, the filing said.Total contract amount is 1.421 trillion won, in line with the company's 9% execution stake within the assigned building consortium.
