Vital Infrastructure Property Trust (VITL-UN.TO) declared a distribution of C$0.03 per unit for the month of August 2026, unchanged from the prior month, it said in a statement on Friday.
The distribution will be payable on Sept. 15, to unitholders of record on Aug. 31.

Dynacor Group (DNG.TO) after market close on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $0.03 per share, compared with $0.08 per share in the prior-year period, missing the FactSet consensus of $0.13 per share.Net income for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.1 million, down from $3.5 million in the same period last year.The company recorded Q2 sales of $144.4 million, up from $79.7 million in the corresponding period of 2025 and above the FactSet consensus of $134.4 million.Dynacor said it is tracking its 2026 guidance, which calls for sales of $530 million to $580 million, net income of $22 million to $26 million and production of 125,000 to 135,000 gold equivalent ounces. The company also expects capital expenditures of $32.5 million to $39 million to support its 2026 growth plan and sustain existing operations.Its shares closed unchanged at C$6.61 on Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday.
True North Commercial REIT (TNT-UN.TO) said Thursday after trade that second quarter adjusted funds from unit rose to C$0.49 from C$0.42, in the prior year period.Revenue fell 0.9% to C$27.9 million year over year, due to a reduction in the REIT's Ottawa market occupancy as a result of a "strategically executed" early lease termination, a statement said.True North said its core portfolio occupancy at the end of the second quarter was 96% with a weighted average lease term of 4.2 years.True North units closed up C$0.08, to C$8.64 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
