Dynacor Group (DNG.TO) after market close on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $0.03 per share, compared with $0.08 per share in the prior-year period, missing the FactSet consensus of $0.13 per share.
Net income for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.1 million, down from $3.5 million in the same period last year.
The company recorded Q2 sales of $144.4 million, up from $79.7 million in the corresponding period of 2025 and above the FactSet consensus of $134.4 million.
Dynacor said it is tracking its 2026 guidance, which calls for sales of $530 million to $580 million, net income of $22 million to $26 million and production of 125,000 to 135,000 gold equivalent ounces. The company also expects capital expenditures of $32.5 million to $39 million to support its 2026 growth plan and sustain existing operations.
Its shares closed unchanged at C$6.61 on Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday.
