True North Commercial REIT (TNT-UN.TO) said Thursday after trade that second quarter adjusted funds from unit rose to C$0.49 from C$0.42, in the prior year period.
Revenue fell 0.9% to C$27.9 million year over year, due to a reduction in the REIT's Ottawa market occupancy as a result of a "strategically executed" early lease termination, a statement said.
True North said its core portfolio occupancy at the end of the second quarter was 96% with a weighted average lease term of 4.2 years.
True North units closed up C$0.08, to C$8.64 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
