UUE's (KLSE:UUE) subsidiary, Kum Fatt Engineering has signed a joint venture agreement with EGP Infrastructure Investments to form a Malaysian company for power grid infrastructure, according to a Tuesday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The JV named EGP-UUE Power System Engineering will undertake construction, development and delivery of power grid infrastructure and supply of extra high voltage equipment.
EGP will have a 60% stake in the venture while Kum Fatt will have a 40% stake.
