GenFleet Therapeutics (HKG:2595) said Tuesday it presented the updated Phase 2 data for GFH375 monotherapy in pretreated KRAS G12D-mutant non-small cell lung cancer at the World Conference on Lung Cancer in South Korea.
The company said the updated results showed an objective response rate of 59.2%, a disease control rate of 93%, and a 12-month overall survival rate of 77% in 71 subjects who received 600 milligrams of the oral drug, according to a Tuesday disclosure.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
