Stracon Group (STG.TO) Friday after-trade reported a swing to a second-quarter profit of $0.06 per share, from a loss of $0.02 per share in the prior-year period.
The engineering and industrial services company said revenue advanced 6.5% year over year, to $208.3 million. Stracon noted the industrial services segment revenue posted the biggest revenue increase, jumping 21% to $147.9 million from $122.5 million.

The company said the decline was primarily due to a smaller average investment portfolio and lower average portfolio yields during the period.Three analysts polled by FactSet expected sales of C$14 million and net income of C$9 million.The company said its board declared a monthly cash dividend of C$0.078 per common share. It will be paid on Nov. 16 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 30, and on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 30.
Dynacor Group (DNG.TO) after market close on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $0.03 per share, compared with $0.08 per share in the prior-year period, missing the FactSet consensus of $0.13 per share.Net income for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.1 million, down from $3.5 million in the same period last year.The company recorded Q2 sales of $144.4 million, up from $79.7 million in the corresponding period of 2025 and above the FactSet consensus of $134.4 million.Dynacor said it is tracking its 2026 guidance, which calls for sales of $530 million to $580 million, net income of $22 million to $26 million and production of 125,000 to 135,000 gold equivalent ounces. The company also expects capital expenditures of $32.5 million to $39 million to support its 2026 growth plan and sustain existing operations.Its shares closed unchanged at C$6.61 on Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday.
True North Commercial REIT (TNT-UN.TO) said Thursday after trade that second quarter adjusted funds from unit rose to C$0.49 from C$0.42, in the prior year period.Revenue fell 0.9% to C$27.9 million year over year, due to a reduction in the REIT's Ottawa market occupancy as a result of a "strategically executed" early lease termination, a statement said.True North said its core portfolio occupancy at the end of the second quarter was 96% with a weighted average lease term of 4.2 years.True North units closed up C$0.08, to C$8.64 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
