Sparebanken Norge (SBNOR.OL) said Monday it is considering issuing fixed- and/or floating-rate tier 2 bonds.
The Norwegian lender tapped Danske Bank and Nordea as joint lead managers for the potential offering, which is subject to market conditions and the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority's approval.
