HSBC (HSBA.L) issued three series of senior unsecured notes with a combined principal amount of $6.75 billion, according to an Aug. 14 release.
The issuance comprised $2.50 billion of 5.243% fixed/floating-rate notes due 2032, $3.25 billion of 5.729% fixed/floating-rate notes due 2037, and $1 billion of floating-rate notes due 2032. The British lender intends to list the notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
