China Galaxy Securities (SHA:601881, HKG:6881) redeemed the principal and interest of its 4 billion yuan bond issuance, according to a Saturday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds had a term of 248 days and an interest rate of 1.74%, paying out a total of about 4.05 billion yuan in both principal and interest.
Realty Income (O) said late Friday it has closed a private offering of $1 billion of 3.750% convertible senior notes due 2031.The offering included the full exercise of the $125.0 million option to purchase additional notes granted to initial purchasers of the notes, the company said.
Sparebanken Norge (SBNOR.OL) said Friday it issued a new senior preferred bond worth 500 million kronor.The Norwegian lender's newly issued bond due Aug. 21, 2031, carries a fixed coupon rate of 3.40% per year.Settlement is scheduled for Aug. 21. Danske Bank was the sole manager for the deal.
