Sparebanken Norge Issues NOK3 Billion in Senior Preferred Bonds
Sparebanken Norge (SBNOR.OL) said Thursday it issued 3.05 billion Norwegian kroner in new senior preferred bonds in four tranches.The offering comprises 650 million kroner in three-year floating-rate notes, 500 million kroner in three-year fixed-rate notes, 600 million kroner in five-year floating-rate notes, and 1.3 billion kroner in five-year fixed-rate notes.Settlement for all tranches is scheduled for Aug. 20.
