Nestlé (Malaysia) (KLSE:NESTLE) has appointed Minjie Janet Gu as executive director and CFO, effective Feb. 1, 2027, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.
She will take over from incumbent Syed Saiful Islam, who will be transferred to another Nestle market to take on a new role.
Gu is currently the regional CFO and head of finance and control for Nestle Professional Asia, Oceania and Africa.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
