Leopalace21 (TYO:8848) canceled its interim and year-end dividend plans for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
The move is in line with Hikari Tsushin (TYO:9435) subsidiary K891's tender offer for the management services company's shares and stock acquisition rights, which would lead to its delisting.
The company supports the tender offer and recommends participation from its shareholders.
The company previously had interim and year-end dividend forecasts of 5 yen and 10 yen, respectively.
