Lassonde Industries (LAS-A.TO) said Friday it received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to buy back Class A subordinate voting shares under a normal course issuer bid.
The NCIB will allow the company to repurchase for cancellation up to 200,000 subordinate voting shares of its capital, approximately 7.62% of the public float of the subordinate voting shares as at Aug. 6, the company said.
The buyback will begin on Aug. 19, added the company.
The company's shares were last seen down C$3.00 to C$233.00 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
