Goldsky Resources' Director Karilyn Farmer Resigns

Goldsky Resources (GSKR.V) said Karilyn Farmer has resigned from its board of directors and as its senior vice-president of Exploration and Resources, effective Sept. 11.

Farmer resigned to focus on other business endeavors, said the company on Friday.

"We'd like to thank Karilyn for all of her contributions since joining Goldsky's board and then leadership team following our acquisition of Mawson Finland last year," said Chief Executive Officer Russell Bradford.

The company's shares were last seen down CA$0.11, or 3.3%, at CA$3.19 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Enghouse Systems Q3 Net Earnings, Revenue Decline

Enghouse Systems (ENGH.TO) said Thursday after trade that its third-quarter net earnings declined 9.7% to CA$0.28 per share, from CA$0.31 per share in the prior year period.Analysts polled by FactSet had expected CA$0.32 per share.The provider of enterprise software solutions said quarterly revenue fell 6.4% to CA$117.6 million for the period ended July 31, slightly below analysts' expectation of CA$118 million.The company will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share on Nov. 27 to shareholders of record on Nov. 13.Enghouse shares closed up CA$0.14 at CA$15.64 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
