Enghouse Systems Q3 Net Earnings, Revenue Decline

Enghouse Systems (ENGH.TO) said Thursday after trade that its third-quarter net earnings declined 9.7% to CA$0.28 per share, from CA$0.31 per share in the prior year period.

Analysts polled by FactSet had expected CA$0.32 per share.

The provider of enterprise software solutions said quarterly revenue fell 6.4% to CA$117.6 million for the period ended July 31, slightly below analysts' expectation of CA$118 million.

The company will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share on Nov. 27 to shareholders of record on Nov. 13.

Enghouse shares closed up CA$0.14 at CA$15.64 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
