Energys Group (ENGS) said Monday a subsidiary has acquired two of its key UK delivery and fulfilment partners, Cube Lighting and Design and Cube Solar Installations, effective Aug. 20.
The acquisitions combine complementary expertise in energy-efficient lighting and solar technologies, the company said.
Shares were up about 1.8% in afternoon trading.

Philip Morris International (PM) said Friday it has obtained authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration for the marketing of 11 ZYN ULTRA moist oral nicotine pouch products.The firm said the FDA issued Marketing Granted Orders to its US affiliate, Swedish Match USA. Major digital assets jumped Friday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) topping $77,000.The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 6.4% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 and the S&P 500 each gained 0.5%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.8.%.Bitcoin gained 6.1% to $77,122, according to CoinMarketCap data.
