Philip Morris Reports FDA Authorization for ZYN ULTRA Nicotine Pouches

Philip Morris International (PM) said Friday it has obtained authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration for the marketing of 11 ZYN ULTRA moist oral nicotine pouch products.

The firm said the FDA issued Marketing Granted Orders to its US affiliate, Swedish Match USA. Additional 11mg variants are still under scientific review, it added.

The authorizations add selection of ZYN ULTRA products to its portfolio of alternatives for adults who smoke or use traditional oral tobacco products, the company said.

Ross Stores Fiscal Q2 Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Gain After Hours
