Energys Reports Acquisition of UK Delivery, Fulfilment Partners
Energys Group (ENGS) said Monday a subsidiary has acquired two of its key UK delivery and fulfilment partners, Cube Lighting and Design and Cube Solar Installations, effective Aug. 20.The acquisitions combine complementary expertise in energy-efficient lighting and solar technologies, the company said.Shares were up about 1.8% in afternoon trading.Price: $2.89, Change: $+0.05, Percent Change: +1.76%
