Darfon Electronics (TPE:8163) subsidiary, Darfon Electronics (Suzhou), will extend a loan of around NT$94.8 million to affiliated subsidiary, Darfon Energy Technology (Suzhou), according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The electronic components maker's unit will extend the loan which carries an annual interest rate of 3% for operational purposes.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
