Darfon Electronics Unit to Extend NT$95 Million Loan to Affiliate
Darfon Electronics (TPE:8163) subsidiary, Darfon Electronics (Suzhou), will extend a loan of around NT$94.8 million to affiliated subsidiary, Darfon Energy Technology (Suzhou), according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The electronic components maker's unit will extend the loan which carries an annual interest rate of 3% for operational purposes.
