Compeq Manufacturing's (TPE:2313) subsidiary, COMPEQ Technology (Thailand), acquired machinery and equipment from Pelican Cove Investment for NT$454.4 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The equipment was purchased for production purposes, the filing said.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
