Compeq Manufacturing's Thai Unit Buys Machinery Equipment for NT$763 Million; Shares Drop 4%
Compeq Manufacturing (TPE:2313) unit Compeq (Thailand) acquired a batch of machinery and equipment for NT$763 million, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares slid nearly 4% in Friday's afternoon trade.The assets were purchased from affiliated company Pelican Cove Investment between May 11 and June 25.The machinery and equipment will be used for production, the company said.
