Boryung (KRX:003850) will establish a new split company named Boryung Pharma Solution, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The new company will cater to prescription drug sales and marketing.
Boryung will survive as a listed company while Boryung Pharma Solution will be unlisted.
The split will be effective on Jan. 4, 2027.
Shares of the pharmaceutical company fell nearly 8% in recent trade.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
