Boryung Plans Sales, Marketing Business Spin-off; Shares Fall 8%
Boryung (KRX:003850) will establish a new split company named Boryung Pharma Solution, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The new company will cater to prescription drug sales and marketing.Boryung will survive as a listed company while Boryung Pharma Solution will be unlisted.The split will be effective on Jan. 4, 2027.Shares of the pharmaceutical company fell nearly 8% in recent trade.
