TransThera's TT-00973 Cleared for China Phase 2 Lung Cancer Trial
TransThera Sciences (HKG:2617) said China's National Medical Products Administration approved a Phase 2 clinical trial of its TT-00973 tablets in combination with firmonertinib mesylate, according to a July 10 Hong Kong bourse filing.The combination will be evaluated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer harboring EGFR-sensitive mutations.The multi-center, open-label study will assess the safety and efficacy of the combination therapy.
