Nomura Holdings' Full-Year Net Income Climbs 6.3%

Nomura Holdings' (TYO:8604) net income attributable to owners of its parent company rose 6.3% to 362.1 billion yen for the fiscal year ended March 31 from 340.7 billion yen a year earlier.Japan's largest investment bank and brokerage group's net income per share increased to 118.99 yen from 111.03 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.Net revenue jumped 15% to 2.168 trillion yen from 1.892 trillion yen in the prior year. Total revenue edged up 0.5% to 4.758 trillion yen from 4.737 trillion yen.In a separate disclosure, Nomura declared a 24 yen per share dividend for shareholders of record as of March 31, down from 34 yen per share a year earlier.
