Nomura Holdings (TYO:8604) filed for the listing of $3.5 billion worth of bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The Japanese financial services provider filed for $1 billion worth of 4.996% senior fixed rate bonds due 2029, $700 million worth of 5.166% senior fixed rate bonds due 2031, $1 billion worth of 5.545% senior fixed rate bonds due 2036, $500 million worth of senior floating rate bonds due 2029 and $300 million worth of senior floating rate bonds due 2031.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on July 1.
