Systex Sells Entire Stake in Taiwan Futures Exchange for NT$1.9 Billion; Shares Drop 5%
Systex (TPE:6214) disposed of its entire stake in Taiwan Futures Exchange for a total of NT$1.88 billion, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares slid about 5% in Thursday's late morning trade.The IT services company sold the shares between June 2025 and April 2026.Systex said the disposals were approved by its board and conducted with non-related parties, including the Taiwan Stock Exchange, the Taiwan Depository & Clearing, and Taipei Exchange.The move aims to revitalize assets and strengthen the company's working capital, it added.
