JLC Technology Gets Approvals for Shenzhen IPO
Circuit board manufacturer Shenzhen JLC Technology (SHE:001232) obtained the approvals of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Securities Regulatory Commission for an initial public offering of up to 55.6 million shares.Price inquiry will be on July 21, and will be determined on July 23, according to a notice on the Shenzhen bourse.Subscription will be on July 24, followed by payment on July 28.
